Among all French Départements, the Gers has always been known as the département of good food.

 
Some good produce such as the famous Foie Gras, cooked in various forms, each one more delicious than the other.
Some dishes slow-cooked for a long time, some simple and genuine flavour, a taste for good things and of course: the wine of Côtes de Gascogne, of Côtes de St Mont, the Floc de Gascogne, l'Armagnac, the Pousse-Rapière Château Monluc, which give vitality, awareness and contentment to our cooking.
