This strict classification is based upon more than 250 criteria:
warmth of welcome, authenticity, comfort, safety, equipment, surroundings… nothing is overlooked! And, more importantly, nothing is final : the classification of a Logis can be reviewed at any given moment.
The Charter Committee reserves the right at all times to downgrade, or even strike off, any establishments which fail to meet the standards of the Logis de France label.
In the Gers, 3 establishments are graded 3 fireplaces, 7 establishments are graded 2 fireplaces and 4 hotel-restaurants are graded 1 fireplace.
